Anyone have this guilty feeling after cum? 

 

At first I thought it's watching porn. But some times I watch porn but no cum. No feeling. Or sometimes I cum without watching porn also feel very guilty. 

 

Feels like sad. Guilty. Like the best thing that could happened to me that day has happened. It's all downhill... 

 

Sometimes its so bad that after I cum I just don't feel like going out of house. So usually I will schedule to cum at night before bed. 

 

Few times I cum in the morning... Whole day I feel very guilty and restless. Want to go out. But don't feel like going out. Dele lethargic. Uninspired.

Firstly, I think this illustrates the difference between us guys and women. 😜

After a guy cums, he feels very empty and anti-climatic.

For women (I've read and heard), after they have had an orgasm, they'd be in a super good mood the whole day!

 

Anyway, I notice that I also feel very strangely depressed after a porn-induced orgasm. And if I repeat the act over a few days, the depression will correspondingly get worse.

If I avoid porn and reduce the frequency of jerking off, my mood actually improves.

Some psychologists say that this post-porn depression is caused by the dissonance of being in the fantasy world of porn where everything and everyone is perfect, and (once you have cummed) then immediately being forced back into reality, where life is completely and painfully at odds with the porn scenario that we escape to.

 

Maybe that is why the major religions all tell their followers to avoid porn, cos they are trying to protect you from what usually follows?

Is it cos you feel like  that orgasm is wasted on porn? That it should have been shared with someone significant? I do get that.... the guilt of wasting something.

Why is the orgasm the best thing to happen though? Are there other things you do which are more enjoyable than the orgasm? ok I know nothing quite beats that feeling, but its only for a brief moment.

Sex and getting off shouldn't be the most exciting thing in life ba....? There are other things that satisfy and maybe are more precious? And more productive?

Do something creative? 

I'm guilty of sometimes jacking off as a stress relief strategy; not because I'm horny but because I'm stressed about work or want to avoid facing a challenge then I watch porn and jack off to let the feel good feeling override the stress for a bit. Not healthy, I know.

I don't feel jaded after my orgasm.  I feel very relaxed - not tired, but relaxed. 

 

Guilty?  Never.  I consciously sought after my orgasm, I chose the location to achieve it, I selected the time to do so, and I enjoyed the outcome.  Since I was in control of my orgasm, I do not see a reason for me to feel guilty about it.  No, I am not a religious person, so perhaps that mindset plays a part in the celebrating of my climax.

Same. Tired, yes. especially before bedtime but it does help me to sleep.

 

Guilty or jaded, definitely no.

In fact I will do it again, if not cos the euphoria and urge is gone.

Depending on how frequently you cum, how you feel after cumming depends on many different factors.  After you cum, you  may have increased feelings of irritability, fatigue, worry, anxiety, guilt, weakness, moodiness, excitement, filth, embarrassment, etc. It was similar to constantly attempting to perfect something until you were completely satisfied.  When you are once a  blue-moon cummer or if you don't jerk frequently within a month or two, your cum will have accumulated and become  unimportant.  You can decide not to dwell on it at all.  That feeling cumming,  was similar to having a monthly to-do list but not making it a priority, despite your best intentions.
