Its best to communicate early and try to solve the issue than wait long and let it build up inside both of you and later explode and ruin the relationship. Tell him how his mood makes you feel and try to find ways to work around it? Hope that helps. Communication is usually key in solving problems. Refusing to have sex with him? Not following orders or instructions... ??? Cos there’s something bothering them and they can’t quite express it so throwing tantrums is one way to get attention. You can either ask him to grow up and stop throwing tantrums, or treat him like a baby and pacify him all the time or teach him to express his frustration so the need to throw tantrums is gone. When I was in a relationship, my ex suddenly became temperamental and was throwing tantrums. He even threatened to commit suicide. My bf has tried different methods and he has learned to resolve our quarrels by giving me space but still look after me by making sure I have my meals, doing the laundry and dishes, cleaning the house etc. though we are supposed to share these household chores. Since deep down we really love each other, I would feel guilty making him my punching bag so I will always patch up with him. One partner in a relationship has to be the mature one (like my bf) - otherwise breakup is inevitable. A relationship will have a better chance to last, only if the love between 2 parties is genuine. I have had several relationships before and my current bf has been with me for over 20 years. Do be prepared, however, if your bf does not change although you have tried your best, perhaps you should end the relationship first. Don't be an idiot or keep giving in..keep intiating... to love...the person will take advantage of you...etc....will play mind games on you....he might even cheat on you...if not happy go on move on...I have others on the list to date...this kind of people are the selfish pathetic pity human being on earth..... always the expectations... As an adult I also don't have desire to go out you know shopping orchard etc. My boyfriend loves to go out. Go this hawker go that hawker. Go hiking. Go Henderson wave. Go do all the popular YouTuber do. Mimic them. Im like so tired.. Can I just stay at home. Being your bf is so exhausting... So I told him even though I love you, I love myself more. So I told him its better that he find someone who share the same outdoorsy passion as him. So we broke up. Now I have a gamer bf. Everyday we game. Meet online.
