I liked planetromeo / gayromeo, because you were able to place your profile into any area beforehand, which was good, if you planned a travel to another city and were able to connect with people over there before your trip. it was initially also not meant for this instant meet up thing and you were able to get to know the other much better, by using the messages. I found planetromeo was more suited to find relationship partners. Disappointingly it switched to a similar site like grindr and lost the momentum it had before.

Probably you will see more gay guys around FX Sudirman shopping mall instead of the sports facilities at GBK. There are always plenty of family activities or other things every second day, which doesn't seem suitable for any gay cruising.

Not sure what are lifestyle establishments but you can visit Kota Tua (the Jakarta old city) it has newer outlets (coffee shops, restaurants etc), There is a huge shopping area like MBK center in Bangkok called Pasar Baru. Kota Tua should be 30 - 40 mins by cab, Pasar Baru around 15 - 20 mins. Going to the hot spots more in the central from Kelapa Gading can take up to 1 hour by cab. If you aren't the true risk taker, would be careful going any parks at night. I am sure, even in the most far out placed remote hotel in Jakarta you will find sufficient new friends to play, massage boys through the apps, ...

Guided tours in a PLU group would be something for first time gay travellers to Bali. For the rest, many have been repeatedly to Bali. I personally don't fly to Bali any longer as I think the past 10 years it has totally lost its charm. Overtourism, total overtourism. In certain areas from Kuta to Canggu you don't even find any outlet offering halfway authentic Balinese food any longer. I think those who want to explore nudism (in a resort setting), would be just a minority. Being yourself or in a two or three guys environment for tours depends also. If you are in a bigger group such joint travel can be annoying, if you have the one or two guys who can't miss any souvenir shop, start drinking coffee while the rest is already sitting inside the tour bus or need hours for 3 insta while photo shots, in general when people need to wait for others and in the worst, the daily tour can't be completed in the end... The other question are personal lifestyles some people go clubbing until 3am and prefer to sleep until 4pm then get a short dive at the sea and after food and wait for the next beach pool party at finns. Others wake up at 5am to catch the sunrise and start a tour to somewhere at 9am the latest... I don't think there is any general rule for everyone. I actually don't like very much if BW is used for personal marketing purposes.

Sorry but Nadam doesn't have private rooms, closable cubicles/cabins with a bed or mattress. It are all so to say public open areas. The well known Saigon Sauna commentor Bry confirmed this also at one his video Quote: 2026 NaDam Spa Well-maintained facilities at Nadam include a dry sauna, steam room and large jacuzzi, but no private cabins. There are semi-private areas where you can retreat with a new friend.

I think it is overrated. Some visitors to Saigon get a bit too thrilled by the outlet (as to the quite Asian style design). The biggest disadvantage is: There are no real private play rooms. It is just dark corners, balconies and angles here. (angles not angels ok!) It is happening but more to the light fun part... Know that many Westerners or gay travellers not very well acquainted with East Asian/ SEA cultures would be overwhelmed by the interior design...in particular on their first visit to Asia. Add the hype coming from the plenty of approaches by local Asian boys (if you're a hot bot) so these tourists will be overwhelmed... it won't cost you a fortune (even if they raised prices just recently), try and make your own review.
