the Body pampering is really good!

using coconut oil I think… he will slowly apply the oil and gently massage it into the skin… a bit sensual… but more importantly the skin absorbs the oil and after the scrub.. the skin feels wonderful.

Yeah! Back again for my routine brazilian waxing & facial.
Really enjoy the relaxing session with the friendly therapist. Simply love his firm & soothing touch. So calming.
Thinking whether to go for the IPL hair removal in future...maybe...
Had a chance to take a catnap😴 during the facial mask. Time passes so quickly.
If time permit I'll go for the body scrub...it's been a while...also the body pampering with hot 🥥coconut oil pour over my body...really must make time.

Please be informed that I will incorporate a new massage technique name Bojin massage,  is a therapeutic technique rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) that uses a specialized tool (magnetic fork ) to apply pressure along meridian lines and acupressure points: 🌲🎄🌳🌴🍀☘️🌿🌱🪴🎋🍃

Here’s a breakdown:

 

1. Pressure Application:

 🍄‍🟫More Pressure than Gua Sha:

Bojin typically involves more pressure than Gua Sha, targeting deeper tissues, nerves  and muscle knots. This is why it can be highly effective for releasing tension and improving circulation.

 

  🍄‍🟫”Good Pain” vs. Harmful Pain:

While you might experience some “good pain” or tenderness, especially if there are significant blockages or tension, it should not be excruciatingly painful or unbearable. I will adjust the pressure to your comfort level.

 

  🍄‍🟫Potential for Bruising:

Due to the deeper pressure, mild temporary redness or even some minor bruising can occur, especially in areas with significant stagnation or for individuals with sensitive skin or a tendency to bruise easily. This is generally considered normal and resolves quickly, but excessive bruising is not desirable.
