The place comes with your own private entrance. For single person only:

 

Even though you'll be using the common toilet, it's pretty much yours, no need to share. 

 

10 minutes drive/ cab ride and 15 to 20 minutes bus ride to town, Dempsey, and CBD area with direct buses outside the condo. Also, very close to Holland Village, Biopolis, INSEAD, One North, and Clementi.

 

Full condo facilities available. 

 

She is looking for a clean and respectful housemate who loves animals. It's important that you're open-minded, considerate, and an animal lover as u are going to share the apartment with two super chill ladies + a cute kitty who enjoy living the relaxed life; she's looking for someone who is able  respect each other's space and privacy (not the cat though, sorry) but we also have the occasional house parties and movie marathons

 

Please do not enquire if:

 

- you do not have a high standard of hygiene

- you don't have the initiative to take out the trash when it's full

- you are intolerant of or discriminatory towards the L.G.B.T.Q

- you need a bigger bed than a super single

- you are allergic to dogs or cats

- you are a light sleeper

 

Smoking (at the balcony) and light cooking are fine. We are asking for $1400 a month INCLUSIVE of utilities and high-speed wifi and aircon servicing. Cleaning fees (once every 2 weeks) to be split equally.
