singalion Posted January 13, 2025 Posted January 13, 2025 There are actually some snacks that are healthier than potato chips, crackers, keropok (fish-shrimp crackers), Muesli bars, Mars etc Take Jackfruit chips or other fruits that are made through same processing. But take care that you buy those that are not laced with sugar/ honey or artificial sugars. Vietnam is known for many brands of those dried fruits (without sugar added). Recently, the products from Vietnam got cheaper here in Singapore. If you like it sweet: Dates are an alternative! Note that nutritionists recommend not to eat bananas before bed time due to rise in blood sugar. Quote

Rukayn Posted May 7, 2025 Posted May 7, 2025 (edited) I mix dry whole milk powder with rolled oats, a bit of cinnamon, and some chopped nuts for a quick snack. It gives a nice creamy taste without needing fresh milk and helps me stay full longer. Sometimes I roll it into small energy balls with a bit of honey if I want something easy to grab before hitting the gym or while working late. Edited May 16, 2025 by Rukayn Quote
milodinosaur91 Posted July 20, 2025 Posted July 20, 2025 i guess nuts is still the best out of all hahhaa Quote
