Edging is the practice of stopping yourself from reaching orgasm right when you’re on the cusp. This practice has grown trendy in sexual health discussions as a form of “better orgasms." (which I think is the similar concept of Urut Batin) Cum control in my opinion means the same thing as edging, i.e.:A training of a male recipient (some called slave) to control his urge to ejaculate while being stimulated by his master.
