Never had any history of haemorrhoids before. 

 

Then, a few days ago I let someone finger me. He used 2 fingers and twisted and thrusted very violently. 

 

Next day, I discovered that haemorrhoids had developed overnight. But I'm not completely sure if they're really haemorrhoids though. 

 

Bleeds a little, so I guess some are internal. Also feels slightly itchy and uncomfortable outside, so probably some external too. Not sure about the degree of severity though. 

 

Will it heal on its own or require treatment / medication? (+What kind?) 

How long will it take to go away?
