Not going to be sustainable for you guys to put in your own money in the long run. The local running community used to have a forum like this but couldn't sustain and move to Facebook few years back.

May consider charging:

1) $10/week or $30/month to those who are posting adverts e.g. room rentals, home based masseurs. 

2) $10/month to stay on as members.

 

Just my 2 cents.

Charging Advertiser, absolutely.   Member to pay $10/mth is counter productive as not every member is active in this forum.  No one knows how much is needed to sustain this forum annually.  A figure disclosure might be helpful so that we can offer alternative suggestions to raise the funds, even though Henry, as usual, didn't want us to worry about it.

They are not earning much too

 

For those who can pay more, can have double the chance for posting

Should approach some from the LGBT industry... 

There are some LGBT travel agencies, the bars etc. 

Maybe even one of the big corporations. Just need to approach them. haha
