 So I'd finally visited this new bathhouse/wellness spa on their last day of promotion (not sure if this promotion was really extended though) - $49 for 3 hours.

 

I guess it was nice to see majority was nude in the pools (only about 10% wear disposable undies) - which was good eh, haha. Didn't explore the resting places inside, as it was limited time entry, just ate at the free corner and used the pools. Found it a pity that there was no steam room eh. *sigh*

 

What I liked:

• 2 seated jacuzzi points in the big pool - my favourite lah, making me hard constantly (and watching others walking in/out of the pool nude), haha. (refer to what I meant by 'hard' --> here)
• I believe there were a total of 12 standing showers with a choice of rain-shower or normal shower head, plus 2 sets of shower gel/shampoo/conditioner. It was open shower with no door where each pair of 'cubicle' was kind of facing each other (could also play 'hide & seek' with side partition, haha) - nice!
• Free unlimited Häagen Dazs ice-creams, drinks and fruits (but fruits kind of limited, though there were still some varieties). The illustration video was beauty and plenty, but the actual presentation of the fruits... hmm... Haha.
• The place was huge, from outside: going down from level 2 to level 1 using the escalator, that's probably the whole height of the place. Inside was spacious and obviously had high ceiling.

 

What I disliked:

• Getting into/out of the 3 smaller pools, the design was awkward and troublesome, needed to sit and lift your legs in/out - to avoid any danger of slipping. Definitely not advisable to step on it (like stepping up as stairs) as it looked slippery eh.
• The only toilet inside the wet area could not locked (the one for 'big business'), there was another urinal at the other side, luckily no one came in while I was 'at work', haha. How is this possible for a new place, the lock was spoilt?! (the dining area had another toilet with 3 toilets for 'big business', but I didn't know then)
• Too far for me, would need close to 3 hours travelling time using public transport (to & fro) - so pretty unlikely to return unless there is some special promotion eh.
• Even at promotional price of $49 for 3 hours, personally, I still felt a little expensive, simply because it was only 3 hours. Like someone mentioned above, it felt rather stressful to keep looking at the time, in order not to miss the 3-hour mark.

If they are making money with this bathhouse, I hope they could consider opening another one in the East, haha! Or another company/investor opens a new bathhouse in the East? Haha.

Oh i wwent on the last day of so called promotion too. Lol i wore the dispoable panties tho. Agreed with your point. Tbh theres a limit how much fruits and ice -cream u can eat.  

 

Lots of hot guys that night and saw some eyes roaming but place to open for anything.

A few days ago, despite knowing that the promotion was extended from above, and after checking their Instagram & Facebook - still no update on extension (no reply from them through email or Instagram, and the phone number was like not in use)... decided to finally asked them through WhatsApp...

 

Strangely, the reply was quite fast, confirming the extension, AND they asked me to follow their Instagram & Facebook for updates... what a joke lah, haha. I took the chance to reply them after 1 day that their Instagram & Facebook were not updated at all what, and they replied some time later with the whole chunk of promotional details + they said last day of promotion is 22 Mar 2026 (Sunday)! (not sure to believe or not, just checked before posting this message that no update still in their social medias, haha)

 

Anyway, took their detailed price lists from their WhatsApp (one of them posted before by @K_W, but put here again for those who missed it previously) and show you guys how pricy it is for their membership card eh - really not for ordinary people 😱:

 

 

 

 

In case this time it's true that their promotion is ending this coming Sunday, those who wanna try, better try before the above pricing becomes effective eh, haha.

This is not a bad article overall, and includes the gspa owner's reaction to House + Bubble. Obviously it doesn't directly address the matter of cost and how the full price for House + Bubble will be much more expensive than the average spa palace in a big Chinese city that this is modelled after, but the House + Bubble manager that is interviewed says something vague about reducing add-on costs. I am curious about the 'storm bath' that's mentioned in the article, though.

Thanks @Blithe1314 for the update on their prices, I was still thinking if their initial promotion was still available, haha.

 

Looking at their latest prices, they looked more 'down to earth', definitely more reasonable than their initial ones (the one where 5 hours cost you $119 for non-members). But even for 12 hours at $89, I find myself very hard to stay there so long (definitely not for 24 hours), for one, meal(s) would be at extra costs/charges - of course the travelling time is another consideration for me.

[for this price of $89, I think G-spa beat it hands-down with 24-hour stay + meals throughout the day]

 

If we just look at the changed in pricing, I believe they probably heard feedback from many and decided brand new ones, and I have to say this is a value-add service from them, because

• they removed surcharges (all pay the same price regardless when you arrived),
• they included insurance for those buying packages, at least a form of 'safety precaution', considering those massages/spas that closed shop (better than totally no insurance eh).

 

Nevertheless, I think it was a good improvement, though still not cheap, but their place looks very grand and new compared to G-spa. However, due to the distance, not likely for me to visit again - unless there is a very special promotion (cheap)! Will stick to Yunomori for now, haha.

I skimmed through the price list but I have not looked through the membership structure.
This could be a viable alternative to G Spa for enjoying the facilities without massage (Joya and Yuno are different products so I shall not compare).

 

Comparing House+ 24 hour pass with GSpa 24 hours pass, you pay $39 more with

- MUCH better drink selections, teas, actual good fruit selections, Haagen Dasz ice cream

- No food included at all.
- 2 comfortable warm pools and 1 very hot pool, instead of just 1 warm-hot pool

- 1 cooling pool instead of 1 overly-cold pool

- 1 not-so-hot sauna instead of 1 hot sauna

- No steam room at all
- Much more eye candy apparently
- Many more birds to watch
- Slightly more potential for action

- (not sure about this) I read they will stop you from using your phone in the male-only areas... which is indeed the appropriate move... but being able to check your phone in G Spa's wet area is actually a very good bonus (as long as you don't use it to take pictures/videos please!)

- A much nicer/modern aesthetic

- A much bigger / more expansive unisex area to roam around and explore... cinema.. sleeping... couches... capsules... meditation room... this is a pretty neat feature if you are going to be there for a whopping 24 hours.

I think a deal breaker is if House+ allows you to exit and then re-enter the facilities within the 24hour pass, for you to have a cheap meal in the food court upstairs. If not, then you obviously will need to purchase food inside, which will drive up your costs.
