absboy Posted March 8 Posted March 8 If you are experiencing a recent breakup and do not have anyone to lend a shoulder to cry on, crying therapy might help you. It works for me. Thanks to my friends who are willing to lend a listening ear and give sound advice in times of need. I'm then able to move on with my life lives with their support. Being a beneficiary of it, I have since joined the team. We are from the LGBT community who have gone through ups and downs in our personal relationships. We learnt how to best manage our emotions in the process and focus on to be a better person for our future partners. We hope to pay it forward to members in the community who need it. Moving on takes time and whether the person wants to move on or not. Even if the person wants, some people take days or weeks while others take months or even years. During this period, it's important to have someone trusting to confide to avoid spiraling down into depression. Quote
