MasterFitMalaySG4U Posted March 11 Posted March 11 I love all types of cheese doesn't matter haha Quote
Nivek Posted March 13 Posted March 13 (edited) I like (love?) blue cheese, but not the ones that are too salty. What does nice goat cheese taste like? I only had rather mild goat cheese that didn't leave a strong impression. What cheese would you say it tastes like? Edited March 13 by Nivek Quote
leckmich Posted March 13 Author Posted March 13 it has a strong smell and flavour. not mild at all. some are with garlic, yumm Quote
Ann_Onn Posted March 14 Posted March 14 Agreed w leckmich, you’ve likely had both goat and sheep cheese. Common sheep cheeses include manchego, feta, pecorino. Most common goat cheese is probably chevre. Halloumi can be made of both sheep and goat milk and is often a mixture of both. All are yummy 😋 Quote
leckmich Posted March 14 Author Posted March 14 yum, i like manchego too, besides the taste, for the firmer texture, lol Quote
