Finally got some time on my hands to try KL Men Private Therapy operated by Isaac in Ampang. I've read a review on Isaac sometimes ago from Ian Chow or Happy Chowder but only got to try him now. He stopped doing manhood  therapy as per Ian's review and available hours are different as he is fully booked at night from long term clients. Place is a bit cluttered but facilites are clean with 2 choices of massage table/bed. Isaac is a Malay guy, but speaks fluent mandarin!

Ambiance: 3/5

Cleanliness: 4/5

depending which sauna u plan to go. If forest 52, go at your own risk. Since otot2 has been shut down, most of the crowd is diverted to there. 

As for legit private male masseur, it is like finding needle in the haystack. There are plenty of masseur promoting their service here but you can tell, as the way they spam, they are obviously lacking of customers meaning they are not that good to appeal returning customers. You can try searching in FB group. 99% are malay masseur - most of them are straight. Concluded my quick trip down to Kuala Lumpur at Billion Onsen today. 
 

I had no intentions of heading there at first, but had plenty of hours to spare after checkout before heading for my night flight back to SG.

 

The place is very conveniently located near the city, getting over was very straightforward. I did no reservations prior and walked in instead.
 

Cost entry RM210 per person for a 12-hour use of the space; includes AYCE menu. The staff were friendly at the counter and did a quick orientation around the facilities as it was my first time. During this time, I had a gauge of how many people are around the area as well - thankfully it was not crowded. Well, considering the time I went in was at 3:00pm. 
 

I changed to the Onsen fit and went straight to the hot pools/ dry sauna space. There was just one other guy there in one of the 4 hot pools. I had a minor clumsy moment as I entered the pool which he noticed and told me to be careful.
