Asking for MC

Really tired of working and just want a break. I haven't anyhow take MC before (in school and NS) but I'm at a point where I want to ask for MC to have a day off from work (rather than using my leave).

 

Anyone can advise how to ask a doctor for MC? If I want to do this, should I still go to my company-insurance clinic?

 

Or...whose dick do I need to suck to have MC? Hahaha

Just go straight to the point and tell the doctor that u have a bad headache and need to take 1 day Mc. Most doctor are ok to give unless u r the type who is the same excuse every month.
