Damienzo Posted August 15 Posted August 15 He doesn’t look that young, even though body age is 32. His appearance doesn’t look anywhere near 32. He just look like his actual age, 47-48. Whereas TCD is 60 and looks like in his mid 40s. Quote

Why? Posted August 15 Posted August 15 Maintaining your youthful appearance, daily, requires you take up a significant portion of your older years in order to fully enjoy life. As part of aging, your body continues to shed muscles and regenerate new ones that might not be identical to the old ones. A person's facial bone structures change throughout time, which is the main cause of their aging appearance. Muscle is merely a meat wrap over these shifting bones. You are likely to appear young unless your facial bones (cheek bones, eyesocket, neck, brow bones, etc.) have not changed since you were young. This is mostly down to your genes rather than your own efforts. So, sisters and brothers, please lighten up. Don't be vain and try to act cute. Regardless of how you appear, be it 20 or 30 years younger, you will still be considered senior citizens once your reached a certain age. You'd better go enjoy life, maintain your health, and let nature do its thing. Quote

Biological age mean your body is very healthy as those of 32yo guy despite you being 47yo. It is not the same as looking young as seen above, because the guy on the right didn't look like he was 32yo. The more you trained yourself, the more you lost your body meat (or fat) resulted in your eye socket looking hollow and appear age, and so does your turtle neck, forehead wrinkles lines and shedding of hairs due to stress in training. Guest Guest Posted August 15 Posted August 15 the interesting thing abt gay men is that if you post a before & after pic, the interest will drop immediately no matter how hot he is now. Quote

bodybuildMLY Posted August 15 Posted August 15 I am for longevity and health / fitness maintenance beyond 40s as I am at that age range too. But doing it with performance-enhancement drugs (PEDs) is a big no-no, and that accounts for the saggy-looking face he is experiencing. Plus, they are hush-hush on other stuff as well especially the medication/drugs/supplements he is on. Who is he trying to kid anyway? But one thing for sure: if you want to pursue longevity, the first thing you need to care for is your gut health. There is where immunity and nutrition take place. Quote

HC-B Posted August 17 Posted August 17 Chuan Do drew the ace card in genetics at birth (probably aided earlier on with some steroids and injections and then bolstered over the years through unwavering discipline), and coupled with a bit of expert indiscernible knife work, so he’s going to be eye candy prince and hunk chunk god eternal. Dean Ho is of a different stock. He drew the dud card in genetics but an ace in intelligence, went from lumpy chubby to smoulder older muscle boulder. Probably needed loads of discipline and focus too, but he’s a changed man. Actually looks more aged now but with a Pacino intensity that will melt hearts in bed. And the field is wide enough for both and more… Quote
