Was informed by staff at Tamp that the app is not accurate, many times it reflected Tampines was full but it is seldom full. Apparently the app captures members checking in accurately but not so for checking out. So far I was only asked to queue outside once when the app said full. It is already much better than other gyms like FF and TF. Quote
