Most had left already by now at 4.30am. Maybe time for me to go as well. Two Indian Muslim with walkie talkie walking about at the whole section of the park where we have the pergola... I suspect they are from the watch office just across the street from the workout section. They spoke not in indian but more Arabic. They could be security officers looking after the development at the gate. I am not sure if they are there for action or they are there to try to find trouble with gays. Look very holistic..wearing songkok and with a tradition long beard and mustard and the other with a mustard too. They were also hiding near the workout wooden units and not move as they looked in. This happened at about 4am. For whatever reason, I avoided them and so did some others. They made a circle around the place, answered the walkie talkie a few times in non english. Was down on Saturday night from 11pm.. raining.. love it.. got ot ride nude in the rain. Once it stopped still were a few cars that drove up and had people walking about.. met and have fun with 3 guys ( 2 and then later 1 ) it was a pretty good night till about 3am+. If it is quite here well maybe folk have other places to go to. But for the park I forsee this place will not be the place to go once the school (hostel?) is completed. Until then...better enjoy it for what's it worth ....if this is the kind of place you want to go hang out and have outdoor fun. It will all be gone before you know it. You were the one that came in two cars with a total of 6 people I think. Maybe a coincidence the other car parked in front of yours at the side lane. I thought you might be the plain cloth police. Me and another person left by the other end just in case!!!. So I went cycling at the other loops and by the time I got back the two cars are gone. One time come with so many in the car at one time can spoof people leh. We mostly err on the side of caution. While looking out for fun .. most of us look out for danger too. It is not often we see one car comes and 4 person steps out. Earlier on at about 12am onwards was a lot of cars but strange hardly anyone walk about.. not sure if they were grouping somewere or just in their cars but by about 2am+ they were mostly gone. Early on quite a bit of Indian workers loitering about either in groups or single yakking on the phone in the dark. there was at least 2 that I saw who were cruising the guys but very timid and one like to lurk off and on in the bushes and wearing all dark clothing. further up tot he traffic light junction at the other end of the sperm pond at the pergola was a pretty big group of I suppose Muslim Indian workers who were in Islam garb and chanting for a few hours there. Hopefully this is some peaceful gathering. Might be 2 of them I saw walking at the cruising area a few weeks back in the traditional bearding, white clothing hat...etc. If they follow the Muslim law of not accepting gay and outdoor sexual romps even str8s.. I hope they are not going to be a problem. Have never seen such a grouping that use the park for their prayer chants before all these years.
