Apart from me and one other guy on a road racer, we are really cyclists thus maybe the skinny ones you saw possibly heh. Another obvious fact, we wear helmets. Good if I was the skinny one as I have never been called skinny .. Call it my rest point fun. By the time I am there I already did at least 70km about Singapore. I know the terrain if I am intending to have my rather risky fun though it is private and not of any harm to others. Ridiculous as it seem to you but safe and long term fun for me.
