It's been mentioned before on this thread that CBP is not Fort Road and you're expected to use the "cars" you were born with, not the one you bought with your bonus. Unless you're using infrared night goggles, you can't see a freaking thing from the road, no matter how powerful your halide headlights are, simply because they are pointing in the wrong direction: forward instead of to the sides.Someone, or maybe more than one person, has mentioned their dislike of cruising cars. I empathize: I feel it's insensitive and even verging on disrespectful to cruisers who are pedestrians and cyclists. The headlights are annoyingly blinding; the drivers can gawk at pedestrians, or even secretly snap photos if they so wish, but not the other way around; and honestly, the hum of engines coupled with the headlight glare scream for attention from afar. If trouble comes looking, the cars zip off, leaving those on foot to deal with it.Plus how cheap does it make one feel to have an anonymous car slow down beside you, and a pair of beady bespectacled eyes stare out at you through the gap of a darkened, barely opened car window? No matter how much of a thrill seeker I am, you can't honestly expect me to open the door and get in like a streetwalker or a summoned lackey.
