This was enacted after we realised that some member was abusing the forum-PM feature to spam fellow members. This PM limit has served us well and it does NOT seem to have effected communications between members.3. Since it will be Chinese New Year soon, we will give this Ang-Pow to increase this limit from 10 -> 30 PM/24 hour period .4.
