For those who didn't read my post in another topic regarding the naval base and for those who's going to naval bass and have yet know about the zoning:

For anyone going to Changi/Tuas Naval Base/NDU(sembawang), good news! All RSN camps are changing to green zone camp(wth some red zone areas) with effect from Dec 01 2013 but ofc, all other entertainment device are restricted to screen size 4.3inch and below however phones(contactable via land line) are not restricted. HURRAY!!!
