It was kinda like an emotional roller-coaster ride for me, I experienced anger, sadness, anxiety, joy, fear and utmost fatigue. Just hope that no one acts upon recklessness again in the future, one way or another it's going to affect everyone. Anyway, just wanna address some dissatisfaction among the people who'd dinner at the chalet.The tiramisu wasn't really up to standard (sadly), because,1) the savoiardi (ladyfinger biscuits) were merely mass-produced food that are of a lower quality than those made in authentic Italian restaurants, hence the mushy texture of the end product. I didn't soak the biscuits too long in the expresso coffee.2) the tiramisu fillings didn't contain alcohol (supposedly to be Baileys) because the tiramisu had to be made way beforehand (long fridge chilling time) and the Baileys wasn't available from the start.
