The agent and the land lady are trying to claim more money for things that are not liable in a sense. Meaning they are greedy and arr trying to swindle as much money as they can and EVEN MORE. They already have 2months deposit of $A LOT and arr trying to take ALL of that plus this month's rent of $WOW. That's a lot of money we can't afford to lose. Cause we're moving to another place and we don't want to get cheated and other things. I don't know any lawyer friends who can help so I'm turning to places of possibilities: here.Do you know where I can get some assistance?I just need legal advice.
