I mean, anyone who has STDs and swim in the pool, can the virus be left in the pool and infect other people who swim in it? Is the chlorine able to kill those viruses? Sorry if it is a stupid question but I've always thought about it. Don't think so kua..... STDs can only be transmitted through bodily fluid (i.e. blood or semen). That is why they do not allow people with for e.g. open wounds to enter the pool (as virus can transmit from open wound to open wound). Quote
