yah i ever been there once,asking for 30 mins scrub and 90 mins massage,total 2 hours.that thai massuer cannot do a good scrub and the massage is soso as the reason he gave is that he is very tire as he has just finish one customer and everything done is less than1.5hrs. the captain also not aware,i think the captain should monitor the time that the massage should end....That is my first and last trip.

I don't understand how someone go to a gay spa, picked a masseur of their choice with their eyes wide opened and when the service was over did not complain to the captain if the massage skill or service altitude of the masseur is bad. For me, if the masseur's massage skill is no good I will ask the captain for a change. I will not tip and demand for partial refund if I paid 90 min and was given only 60 min massage.

I went to HTSpa a few times and each time they have a customer feedback form to fill after the massage. Even if I forgot the captain or Marcus will ask me politely for my feedback. They ask all their customers for feedback, even repeated customers.

It is strange to give positive or satisfactory feedback and then complained about it in a forum, and even criticized the look of the masseur of his own picking. I hope this forum is for fair message.

I have been to all spa in JB for many years,still find HT the best. Just be honest and dont be shy, tell the captain you top or bottom and want boy good in massage. So far, no complain,and from once a month , now three time last month.Jimmy , you got the best muscular body. dont forget Patrick I book him next week again.

Hey, guys.... Dun you think that most of the conversation discussed about the HTS, HTS, HTS and HTS in the forum now??? How about the ATM, JR?? Does it mean HTS become the most competitive among 3 spa?

 

In 1 year ago, the situation was also the same when the ATM is top active in this forum....But, I still can got the accurate infor or good field report about their service, their environment, their massage, etc during that time. Now the situation is worse. The comment is made simply and trying to hurt someone, which is doubtable ....

 

For sure, HTS still need to think further to improve their insufficient area, due I know that some comments are true. In Honour, sometime I have also dissatisfied their way to serve the customer or their masseur's personality, but not going to affect other readers or create any war here. Especially for those who always give the bad sentence after someone shared their experience.

 

What I wrote is only the feeling of a reader, not trying to help anyone. Due I have visited those 3 spa in 2-3years, each spa still has their own advantage and also insufficient area. However, that's all. 

 

I miss scott from ATM.... Hopefully he will be back..

I am a regular at HTS. I visit twice a month and has never been disappointed with their service. Since their opening slightly >1 year ago they have set the standard and raise the bar for M2M massage in JB. The numerous posting on HTS is a testimony to their success and higher expectation from customers. This inevitably attracts jealousy and many untrue postings to damage their reputation.

 

I am not saying HTS never fail any customer. There are many masseurs joining them and there is likely a few black sheeps. Some are visiting and just want to make quick money before leaving. I did have 2 bad masseurs in the past and asked for change about 10 min. into the massage. They readily changed with no extra charge. I encourage all who encounter bad service to complain to the captain or Marcus without hesitation. They are serious in upholding their service quality.

In every business, there will be unhappy customers,

Massage can have bad masseurs, restaurants can have bad waiters.

All it takes is one bad staff to kill the reputation, feedback is an opportunity to set things right.

Instead of acknowledging the problem, you accuse customers of backstabbing? 

Given your English standard, it's not hard for BW readers to guess where you are from.

 

If you think your feeble attempt to hoodwink the rest is helping HTS, you are not.

If HTS doesn't address the root of the problem, they will only get more bad reviews from other unsatisfied customers.

i was there last tuesday and thats is my first visit In Ht spa the spa is very clean and massuer are very good i choose mario he has good body bulit and his from philipine his not really good looking but he got his look.. 

when we enter the room he ask me to take shower and we shower together. at first he i think he same guy.. 30 minutes only massage then ask for extra service.. but i was mistake.. he focus on massage and yes!!! he serious on his craft... his massage make me relax and make sleep bit.. after the b2b massage. he is shy to ask to extra but i ask him.. you do extra? but he said yes sir.. i pasy him 50rm his good massuer.. but in extra just suck thats it...

i recommend you to his massage and and skills in massage... i will visit again. HT spa.
