Even the cheapest condom sold in Spore, although their cheap but they have quality control, especially the branded one like Durex, etc.

Lubricants at One Seven are dispensed from a dispenser mounted on the wall. There isn't any label to read. Most likely is water-based, although it feels and smells like hair gel.

Lubricated condoms might not have enough lubricants on it. Additional lubricant is usually required to prevent condom from tearing.

For fellow brudders, I also put here what I was told taking out the private information.

From what you described, it was an isolated "one-off" incident,  and therefore

your risk of being infected with HIV from that one encounter is relatively LOW.  For example, I would be more worried if this has happened before, eg: you usually fxxk without a condom, or the condom breaks very often when you have anal sex.

You may want to wait at least 1 month before you go for an HIV test, and go for a re-test a few months later.  If you go any earlier, the test result will not be accurate.  The trained volunteer at the AFA Anonymous Testing Centre will be able to advise you further when you tell them what happened, so do feel free to ask questions when you visit.

No need to wait 6 months lah... the new MOH guideline is 3 months, which means, the test you do for HIV is test for the exposures that are more than 3 months ago.

Meaning that your last sex should be at least 3 months ago. In other words, have to stop for 3 months before the test. So long....one week already have to bang the wall....how to tahan?!

We have been reading about condoms and oral sex. AFA also emphasized to have it on before the oral actions. I have tried to do that when someone going to blow me, they normally turn away and dislike the lubricant on the condoms. I personally dislike the taste too. The other alternative is to use condoms with fruity favour, but that means we have to bring them along to the saunas. Not many want to do this, and its not well practised. Alot of us try to save money and tend to collect many condoms from outlets so as to keep them for other occasions. But condoms have expiry date and depending on the conditions they are kept. If under warm temperature constantly, they will break easily. Never use expired condoms too. Play safe, check the condom label before actions. Usually no time to check in the midst of the session.
