erection day Posted July 29, 2007 Posted July 29, 2007 Nice fireworks. I also saw some fireworks from where I sat eating dinner with friends at Chinatown Food Street last night. High up in the sky illuminating Shenton Way Skylines are some lovely fireworks going on during the National Day Parade Preview Show. Quote
Guest ceason Posted July 29, 2007 Posted July 29, 2007 Yes, my first Hanabi in Tokyo!! And I can't believe I did not bring my camera!! The fireworks was really spectacular and the crowd....unbelievable! It's like the whole of Tokyo was in Asakusa / Sumidagawa!! Once it's over, everyone just flooded the train stations. I had to walk home from asakusa - took me more than an hour to walk home! Too long never do route march, now aching all over! Quote
Andy@Tokyo Posted July 30, 2007 Author Posted July 30, 2007 Too bad u cant go for drink at the bar after the fireworks. Actually it is the best time to head for bars or perhaps saunas after the event. Quote
