I was nearby International Plaza today so I went in to use the toilet before heading home.

It was lunch time (about 12:30pm) and it was drizzle outside. 

Went to the notorious level that someone told me. 

All the cubes were occupied but no one was at the urinal. Totally quiet and peaceful. 

It was nothing like what some of you had described.

Everyone inside the cubicle is playing understall with each other. That’s the reason why the cubicles are always occupied.
