TopChinese Posted August 3, 2007 Posted August 3, 2007 Tanning spas are not that popular because of the emphasis on fair, "elite-looking" skin in Thai society. You should be able to get some treatments at the top-end hotel spas eg Banyan Tree or the Hilton Millenium. Quote
