Went to Mantara for 90 mins signature massage recently.

 

Theraphist was Arif. Massage was sensuos, but was almost entirely done with me face down.

 

Throughout the massage, he made sure that I was in touch with his  ...k.

 

He was disappointed that I did not want any extras i.e. body scrub or body mask.

Massage

From the start of the massage I got a bad feeling its not gonna be good. The masseurs was taking too long to set the music before the massage started and use their own mobiles and looks like as they are not prepare for that. And suddenly got a call from that phone and one of them left to answer the call. Yes the other one did apologize on behalf of his friend.

 

And they started massage. Before this I thought 4Hands or 6Hands massage gonna give the feeling that you’ve been touched in a rhythmic movement. But this one got me confused. One massaging my neck the other massaging my left foot. Then one on left hand, other one on the back. While one on my right thigh, the other one on my right hand. There is no synchronization at all. It got my like confused all the way to the end. I don’t feel any advantages of having more than 2 hands massaging my body. My early thought that both will be working on both legs and hands simultaneously. Something like that. They even got different pressure and technique. It was messed up for me.

 

And worse, masseurs are not professional at all. They were chitchatting in Indonesian language with each other, so loud like I was not there. And they will start whispering and had a big laugh from time to time. There is no respect to the customer. It was not relaxing at all. There is one of them keep making weird noise somehow like slow moans then laugh. Not sure it supposed to trigger me or what but I was not triggered at all. Yes they did offer HE with extra payment but I refuse. I was so disturbed all the way from the start and one of them is really annoying and then keep emphasizing that his massage is good. I was annoyed and cannot wait for it to end. I just answer "yes" to end the conversation everytime he emphasize “sedap bangat kan bang pijat nya”. I was like ughhh 🙄

 

And in the middle of the massage, the mobile phone rang again and once again one of them left to answer the call. They did wasting time even during massage I can hear them talking about what time my massage supposed to end like they are rushing to end it. I was the only customer that evening.

 

I think you guys know right if the massage is proper, not much oil left on the body right. As much been absorbed from the kneading. I finish with so many oils over my body and I went for shower after the massage. Luckily Andy was so calm and we had good small talk before I left. The manager asked for review after I left, and I did wrote them my honest reviews. He hope that I came back again, but that will be very least likely

Sounds like some freelance guys from Indonesia trying their luck in making a bit of money while not having any good knowledge on massage and assuming that most customers will expect sexual activity throughout or at the end and not much focus on the massage skills.

 

My biggest fear in such places would be always that these (mostly not properly registered establishments) will get a visit from authorities...

Nowadays, every second week you read in one of the media about such incidents.

If you go, don't draw circles in the corner but instead draw sketches from what you observe... 😁

 

Just give yourself a push, first time take it slow and just walk around and watch how it works. 

Don't mind to ask guys if you have problems in finding places or where corridors lead to.

 

Being introverted is not a major issue in saunas, as people don't visit them for long talks and discussions or in exposing your personal views on fashion, politics, music, food or anything else what people use to talk about.

But I wouldn't advise guys going to saunas if they don't have much sexual gay experiences and first timers in gay sex.

Try to have your first time or gain experience in a more romantic setting (home/ hotel/ student hostel etc).
