Yes, the female staff do walk out of this door (office?) at the other end of the male hot spring area once in a while to access the exit at the opposite end. They are either used to it, or nonchalant about it. I was fully nude when I went there last year, even sat on the edge of the hot pool dipping my feet in once. 

 

I lived nearby, old have patronized again had they have some kind of entrance fee or day use rate for this facility, instead of having too book a night to use it.
