Last Saturday afternoon, I went to San Onsen, mainly to relax my body after a tiring week of work. There weren’t many people around, only about 8. Among them, there were two slim guys bathing completely naked. Later, when they came out to soak in the hot spring, one of them put on disposable pants. It was pretty obvious they came with a purpose, haha...

How were you interrupted by the staff?
I read they have security guards checking the onsen.  Did the security guard go check out the showers and toilets?  
Were the security guards rude, or were they indifferent/bored?

We were in the changing room, and the staff was outside. It felt like he noticed us inside and was waiting for us to come out.
