Room criteria:Location: Around Central or North East, preferably nearby Green Linewith Air conditioner and Wifi Queen Size BedAllow cooking as i love to cook, and will definitely keep cleanAllow for pet (planning to get a Poodle)No Landlord / Landlord who is cool with the abovePreferable Housemate to be AJs as well for ease communication and long term relationship like family... If you put a queen size bed in a common room, walk 2 steps you will reach the door. Rental for master bedroom in Central area is $1,200 up. Near MRT - $1,300 up. The house comes with 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms living room and kitchen... All fully furnished.
