AliX and seller giving the run-around for months never any reply with solution after repeated complaints. System even blocks your negative rating and comments after a certain date. Of course seller has made sure to manoever past that date. lonelyglobe Posted May 2, 2016 Report Share Posted May 2, 2016 I think if you did not receive or the good received but not in good condition, you can ask for a refund, it will take some time for them to refund you but no serious issue so far....on a side note, they are selling cheap and counterfeit goods yet manage to be so successful and profitable, just wondering why the brand name are not suing them?
