Happy Birthday Singapore

Meeting in Yunomori Onsen & Spa

To the tanned stocky guy with specs, we chatted at the bench beside the cold pool when I asked you if the water was really cold. You said it’s not terribly cold. Then you came and sat beside me for a short chat, explaining that soaking in cold pool helps with sore muscles recovery from your workout you had that day.

Throwback to that day, I thought you are kind of familiar but somehow can’t recall where have we met. PM me if you are here.

I always wanted to try it out. Can anyone let me know the dress code? Do I need to bring along my trunks or such? Do you guys pay for per entry OR join as their membership (which is quite expensive i think)...

Thanks to the guy whom asked me to help him scrub his back... 举手之劳. You enjoy it as much as I do. Can be more thorough.. haha.
Some mosaic missing in the steam room. Due for maintenance soon.
Saw 2 guys entering the silk bath. Sat close to each other chatting. Later 1 stand up semi-hard. Must be the under water current. (;
2 youngster, think they're straight. Very comfortable with each other's nudity. Have lots to catch up. Saw them chatting openly, at the cold pool, shower area (facing each other) & in the restaurant.. Nice to have a friend like this.
Some shampoo not properly labelled esp at the last stall. 2 body soap bottle different colour liquid 1 meant for hair.
Saw the friendly uncle again. Well maintained. Nice package.

The bald guy who was there yesterday night, it's really difficult to enjoy the onsen when you keep staring & cruising almost everyone...

It's been more than a year since Yunomori Onsen's opening here. We have seen or experienced all there is and that's about it after a few or more visits.

Perhaps, just as how it is being in the buff elsewhere (http://www.utopia-asia.com/singsaun.htm) and where entry is a third fraction of price, less or free.

Whatever the promotion strategies this establishment attempts for business sustainability, it can be difficut getting a buy-in from a deterred rest of the crowd.

Who benefits?

Hi there, may I know what's the probability of guys going there alone? I haven't been there and thought it would be weird if mostly are there with friends.

Is this a normal spa or gay spa. Just curious, I'm straight

Why would you want to ask this question here when you can simply google?

You’re just a gay in denial :)

I'd estimate 80% of the guys in the baths came alone or with a female friend. Not weird at all. I find it easier to relax if I don't have to talk to people.

It's a normal spa where straight and gay men go. Generally everyone is respectful, so you shouldn't worry. Just one word of caution though - do not sit too close to anyone in the baths.

Ty for such an informative reply angsana tree (: oh people don't like you sitting too close by?

No reason for one to sit close to another stranger if the baths are not full.

As difficult to believe as it may seem there are folks who go there to use the facilities on their own. They just mind their own business and enjoy the onsen's facilities. Slightly similar to swimming alone just that instead of swimming, your soaking instead and relaxing. In fact, some folks who go there with their friends tend to be too noisy or rowdy and disturb others.

This spa is a straight spa. Just that some folks use it for other purposes. It is NOT akin to TMC, TC etcc
