Generally, East Asians be it Chinese, Koreans and Japanese do have smaller cocks than other Asians. The Malay guys I've been with are generally bigger than I am, but by the same token, I have been with Chinese guys who are 7" too.

Since the head is outside, some material like lycra will make my dick easily become hard.
