Do consider that your ED might not be due to age but other reasons that might require you to visit a doctor to find out why then to just take to this thread that can only offer you opinions but not professionally thought out prognosis. I have diabetes and this is my main cause for my ED. And though Viagra had help but not always.. and Viagra does not give you erection as per say but it facilitates. FYI. Meaning if you are not arouse enough for example, you might not get fully hard. Viagra work on the physical parts in your penis but not in your brain. Also if you are on some medication, that can have a side effect on your erection too. For me I am a pure btm who is more about having someone enter my ass then to sit on my dick so it is not so much an issue. But if you are a top then maybe you need to step it up and talk to a doctor and look at your options then to seek other avenue here too seriously. Viagra works most of the time except for a minority eg. severe blockage or perhaps they took it on full stomach. It has been scientifically proven. I think cialis is meant to last 48 hours and so the effects are milder and "time released" and not so suitable for people who has severe ED. It seems like there are people who are using this forum to sell some alternative products; There is a member here whom i see keep asking people to PM him for obvious reasons. Please do not be conned. Sometime they get it right with one person but the biological makeup of another might get a slightly different effect thus an open dialog is needed during the fine tuning session. But you get your medication from a stranger online who does little to know about your physiology or medical background... that is playing with fire. Yes there are cases of people who died from heart attack using them. It might not be cause by the pill themselves but due to the activity you now get in to since you have a hard on. You will still need to be stimulate in order to have the erection. 2. Viagra is not for everyone, especially you have heart condition 3. If your ED cause is psychological instead of physical, Viagra will not help in that. 4.
