Guest Porter
I'm looking for a backpack, preferably something like those Porter backpack, but the price is quite steep. One that could be use for day to day, as well as to put my laptop in when necessary. Not looking into those herschel or targus kind of laptop bag. Any recommendations is very much appreciated. CKW
Kipling backpacks are very tough and can last for many years. Simple design, but stylish. Easy to clean also. The Kipling stores in S'pore tend to have a limited variety though, so if you can, try to get from Amazon. Cube3 and Raywongx

abang
May I offer a suggestion on where to get discounted BRANDED bags... Try the Premium Outlet in Johor if you are seriously looking to buy a quality bag that is perhaps durable but not the latest edition. I think you should give COACH a check - that has been my favourite store to hunt for leather goods.. Of course, don't buy those with their logo pasted all over them..choose the dependable black or brown ones..

Nipoet
Try Lazada, maybe? I usually buy my backpacks from Timberland. Very durable. Got laptop slots in them also. The outlet in Vivo is the one I usually go to.
doncoin
I recently bought a Y3 backpack for school. It was either that or one from Bally. But I wanted something more sporty so opted for Y3. Plus I like the neoprene fabric versus nylon. Edited October 1, 2017 by doncoin Love.

Guest Professional backpack
Hi guys i'm a professional in banking industry and have to look presentable. I like to carry backpacks as I find them more convenient. Do you guys have any professional looking backpack range to recommend? Must be able to match my executive wear well and not look like school students or too gayish. I dun like those gayish looking leather backpacks such as those above. Prefer something that projects a more professional executive image. Thanks in anticipation.
abang
Excuse me...What is gayish looking leather backpacks..A good leather bag from a good brand will never make you gayish..Unless you ooze your flamboyance from your pores..

Cube3
Can try browsing at Mustapha, which has a pretty comprehensive range. Decide on which, and if prefer cheaper, go for the online equivalent.

tomcat
https://www.dressinn.com/fashion/puma-batman-backpack/136175323/p this is my favourite backpack . . . . jokes aside, i do like Puma backpacks especially from the Evo or performance range. they are mostly black, high quality poly (some waterproof) & with good hardware. they look minimalist at the same time very tactical and stealthy. my last two work/gym bags have been these black Pumas - pun unintended. the current one i'm using is something like the below, except flatter with chrome clasps and dont even have brandname. it looks urban luxx but was only $70, and has lasted 2 years over medium use, incl some travel as handcarry.https://www.zalora.sg/puma-puma-stance-backpack-black-699546.html Edited October 2, 2017 by tomcat 🌑🌒🌓🌔🌕🌖🌗🌘🌑
