asan Posted March 7, 2018 Posted March 7, 2018 Hi All, I've been looking through iHerb and various sites. There are so many brands and prices. My usual brand is Beast Protein which is the cheapest at $49.50 for 4lbs from NutriFirst. iHerb best seller is Optimum Nutrition, Gold Standard, 100% Whey, Double Rich Chocolate, 5 lbs (2,27 kg) at $77.27. I see that iHerb has Universal Nutrition, Creatine, 1000 g (1 kg) at $36 but other sites like TSW at $48. As these are regular long term expenses that can add up to a lot, let's discuss how to get best value for money. Quote
Terrano Posted March 10, 2018 Posted March 10, 2018 Sorry, borrow topic to ask... Comparing whey and casein, which one can feel full longer? Quote
Swindonlad Posted March 28, 2018 Posted March 28, 2018 I use this from iHerb, egg protein is very clean, and this brand is not bad You want to be careful looking for the cheapest, as you may end up with the lowest quality and then negate any benefits from it. MRM, Natural Egg White Protein, Chocolate, 24 oz (680 g) Item Price SG$58.20 Quote

The natural egg white protein is so convenient. But I still prefer my eggs sunny side up. Yum yum. Quote
Swindonlad Posted March 30, 2018 Posted March 30, 2018 Lol, sunny side up is great, especially between two slices of white bread with ketchup rofl Quote
