Another method i thought of is to try contact the local PLU through 'Dating sites' . (while 'searching' i came across a few profiles of PLUs staying in Shantou) THE general Wiki link abt shantou, China

Wonder if anyone had exps in shantou... hummm maybe Travelin' Man had some mangoes snacks there before? hehe
