Tabata to lose weight

Just want to know if anyone tried tabata before to lose weight?

How effective is it incorporate with healthy diet?

many been trying , loose weight shd be possible  (gain muscle have to use othr methods) i shared in  other threads

even schools tried out too  on their kids

 

but do note diff pp has diff genes (there r more experts in this forum to guide  u)

It’s effective but you must still eat clean.

u r a senior mbr right? so long  u  been w BW, u shd know that they offered many gd advices in:

too many le, i cannot list them all and it is headache searching too 

 

i admit that diff schs difff tots, diff bods diff genes hence reactions are alwys diff

i felt it shd work for pp who r already at the slimmer/leaner side (of course watching diet is always a must be it what u r doing)

 

for those who are bulkier, or larger, they have to work much more (but but i m not sure whether their heart can take it) harder (it is highly intense, even i cannot take it, ok i admit i do the cut-short version n i dont follow strictly even though i m not the overweight type)
