lovehandle Posted May 8, 2018 Report Share Posted May 8, 2018 i felt it shd work for pp who r already at the slimmer/leaner side (of course watching diet is always a must be it what u r doing) for those who are bulkier, or larger, they have to work much more (but but i m not sure whether their heart can take it) harder (it is highly intense, even i cannot take it, ok i admit i do the cut-short version n i dont follow strictly even though i m not the overweight type) Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
