Went for Bernard's deep tissue massage today and it was really good! 1 hr is enough and he covers the whole body. 

Bernard knows my tension points (without me telling him!) particularly on my left upper back and focuses more on that area (and my upper back right too but not as much as the left side) as I cycle almost everyday.

The price is just nice with the right pressure massage provided which I sought after.
