It’s very rare that I venture to the western part of the island, so I made a last minute appointment with Bernard. Beneath his slim build lies a pair of hands that know how to knead your sore muscles really deep. The fact that I gymmed yesterday and swam before the appointment made the session even more shiok, particularly at the thighs, calves and arms - a mix of pain and pleasure. Been to Bernard for massage for numerous times over the past 2 years. I enjoyed the massage a lot, and if i still keep quiet about his excellent service, I'm not doing him justice.

 

TLDR: On the overall, i enjoyed Bernard's massage a lot. Massage is great, i felt relaxed and refreshed after the session. Pricing is very good, and he doesnt keep track of the time; Bernard does not shortchange client. Bernard is very friendly, polite and is a nice guy (skipping the details here, just wanna say Bernard has a caring heart). Location is decently convenient, a short walk from mrt and malls. Place is clean, massage bed as per normal. Oil adequately used.

 

I always request for medium strength in the massage, as i enjoy the feeling of being refreshed rather than sore after the session (some masseur i tried in the past can really give super duper hard massage, ouch). Bernard performed the massage well, and he even massage my head and whole arm in the full body massage on top of the usual (i.e. back, chest, legs, glutes, etc).

 

Out of all the times i went, each and every single time Bernard exceeded the allocated massage time as he aimed to give comprehensive massage to my whole body. Not saying this is the expectation (dont "over provide" yea Bernard, you should take care of your time and body as well), but an acknowledgement that Bernard does not shortchange client. On top of the fact that he charge lower cost compared to some others (carousell, tele, BW, etc), i felt that he should be generously tipped.

 

Place is clean. Showers, towels, toilet, soap are provided. Only fans are used throughout the massage session, but somehow the room is sufficiently cooling for me.

 

Bernard lives alone, so sometimes even though room door isnt close (main door is always closed, for those who wondered), there is no worry about privacy for me.
