Lol, just like everywhere else with increased surveillance and "vigilantes", there are probably some bad eggs in our community that has gone to the point of being a public nuisance. Sure, you can cruise but if you are indiscreet and/or cause others (gays or straight) to be uncomfortable at a public place, then of course people/organisations will be more wary. 

 

Gays, remember, public places are not a designated gay-only facilities. Be mindful of other people who may not want to see your cruising antics. Also, a person being gay doesn't mean he wants to be cruised too.
