I know the customers are mainly Chinese so it shouldn't be affected. Earlier someone complained that otot2 is quiet even on Saturday. Maybe because the crowd is usually more malays & they don't go during puasa month.

Plus they insisted on charging extra 10RM for membership, total price 40RM for entry. Only a handful of mixed races , Malay, Indian and few Chinese, mostly middle age chubs (40-50). I Left after 15min. Guess you are from out of town, don't know local scene. You were there at the worst time. Malays come after breaking fast about 730. Most any other days it is busy there, sometimes recycling lockers. Try it again to cost average your investment!
