Of course, it is completely up to you whether to believe the phenomenon or not. Well for me, I take it with a pinch of salt. There are multiple ways to 'get into astral plane', one of which is through inducing sleep paralysis. Seem rather complex but it is quite simple: just mess up your sleep cycle, deprive yourself of sleep and try to fall asleep while your mind is super active. I personally experience this almost every other day (my sleep pattern sucks lol). There are a lot of guides out there. You can read those by Erin Pavlina. However, just one word of caution: do not blindly do it/ use questionable methods to enter it. Not sure if it is true, some may experience mental health issues (e.g. depression) when seeing what is on the other realm. I read that our lives is akin to a beam light shone on us. We can only see the area shone by the light but we can't see the dark area not covered by the light.
