Recently my 6 mths membership ended and i have been paying for golden hr/7pm promo. The staffs recognise me because i was a member. At the frequency im going joya, it makes sense for me to buy membership, so the staffs will ask me to consider. And the few times i said no because idk my schedule for the next couple of months. The staffs are very understanding about it and dont push or question me further which makes me feel at ease and my pace. I really appreciate that, which is why i finally bought my next 6 months membership with them again! The few very rare establishments that dont hard sell and prove their worth through improvements.
