Baloo
These past weeks eat a lot of 'heaty' food... need to cool down...Was at this medical hall and picked up a packet of premium chrysanthemum (250g for $6.00) from Hangzhou... dunno really premium or not la... just try lor.The packing was in a brick like format, and it was oozing very strong chrysanthemum aroma even in the packed form... it was most fragrant.opened up the pack at home... it's compressed, but not into little ball bearings - unlike another type i'd seen recently. it's just messily compressed en-mass into a brick form... when un-compressed... it's actually a lot... haha had to use a medium sized airtight box to hold it all...put a small handful into the pot and added some 'yong sum' - (another cooling root) and poured in boiling water...no i do not put sugar in this... I'd end up drinking lots of sugar if I do... just plain and cooling beverage...lovely.
