Attended today's TM. 

 

Very well organised. Instructions were clear. Instructor kept an attentive eye on all of us throughout the session. Grouping and swapping of roles well managed by instructor.

 

Lighting was dim and conducive.

 

Participants were of all sizes.

 

Truly an eye opener 😊

Unfortunately no.  Every Tuesday is HIIT workout only with NO Post workout, unless its indicted!

My first Tantra trade massage session on Monday.

The instructors and participants were extremely cordial and I was able to ease myself into the session rapidly despite the fact that I was filled with febrile energy initially as it was my first visit to the studio.

The atmosphere was relaxed and I was able to practice the newly acquired skills from the learned instructors on the various participants. 

Definitely worth trying 👌

I went for the Tantric massage on Monday. 

This would be my 1st time learning tantric yet been a few times for the other trade massages. It was an experience I wouldnt mind going again! It is interesting though to learn it from the tantric point of view on how the massage was done and why it was done this/that way. Learned and pick up new skills and technique. 

The space was big and cosy- it felt safe. Everyone was friendly and participative. You will learn to work with all races and all type of body sizes with no judgement at all which I really like and appreciate. 

Definitely will be going again including the HIITS session.
